The 12-Step Manual, Format and Guide walks you through each weekly meeting step by step, then you repeat the cycle. The Workbook and Devotional accompanies it, giving every member a place to work the steps between gatherings.
With these two books, anybody can lead a support group for child loss, child estrangement or sibling loss, anywhere in the world.
How it works
- Get the booksOrder the Manual and Workbook, $16 each. The Manual is your meeting script. The Workbook goes home with every member.
- Open the doorsPost that you are hosting. A meetup listing or a community noticeboard is enough — a support group for child loss, child estrangement or sibling loss.
- Gather, and let the guide leadEach week the Manual tells you exactly what to do. Work the twelve steps together, then begin again with the people who are new and the people who came back.
- You are never on your ownYou do not have to fix anybody. You only have to hold the room. Kathryn is one email away the whole time.
